This is "Not Me Monday - Elly Mae Style" -- She seems to be more popular than I, so why not give an audience what they want -- I mean, really... she has rough weeks, too and could use some "Not Me's" -- Enjoy!

See that other dog? There... just below, that's my big brother, Rebel. He seriously does not, like, totally love me. He is not always trying to protect me from the puppy eating beagles, catch me when Mama loses me in the fields (although it must be said, my Mama never loses me, so Rebel would never has to do that) and he definitely does not lick me all over cause I get dirty... Nope. Not Me!
Despite what Mama and Daddy tell you, I am not a junkyard dog. Seriously. Not me. I do not know where they get that idea. I do not wake up at the slightest sound of a wrapper and it's not like I chew on anything that crinkles, crackles or clanks. Nope! Not Me!
I do not take after Mama and love sporting all things cute, costly and cuddly -- I am not the cutest dog ever and I do not love people who coo over me -- No. Really. Stop. :0)
Oh, yeah... One more thing I do not take after my mama in --
My non-love for coffee :) Not me!
Mama and Daddy live on a farm, well, sort of -- We have chickens, beagles, horses, a watch dog named Rebel and now... little-ole me :) So, I do not have to prove my mighty running, jumping and attacking skills -- It's just that it seems this cute face and big ears get in the way of any of my brothers and sisters taking me seriously -- It's not like I only way 3 lbs and have 2 in. legs -- Come on, guys... I do not desperately want to be a part of the farm! Nope! Not Me!
Last, but absolutely not least, I, Elly Mae, leave this last little video for you -- And I solemnly swear I. did. not. get my head stuck in a tissue box on Sunday -- Remember that whole "junk yard dog" theory? It is not also supported by my love of tissues... No way. Not Me :)

OMG HOW CUTE!!! I have a mini-Yorker/toy poodle mix that is about the same size and I ADORE HIM! And he is FASCINATED with paper!!
I've basically been living my life for my new puppy too! Good idea to have it be her "Not Me! Monday!" I may have to do that some day too!

So cute. I love that you take so many pictures of her and share them with us. Won't it be funny if you end up having more pictures of her as a puppy than you will of your first-born? Probably not a possibilty, but it would be pretty funny.

i bought my dog thinking she'd be big, but she never grew and i'm so happy she didn't. i do love big and small dogs alike, but isn't it great to have a little cuddler, lap-dog?

she is just amazing! I am in love with my pup Norman Alexander but Elly Mae is so precious and fun to look at, I just wish I could hold her :)

Your puppies are so cute. I love that you have tiny little Lily and then a big dog like Rebel. I'm dying to get adopt a dog.
I do live in Florida. South Florida. I can't really complain about the weather because it is still beautiful here but it was rough for a few days.
