Yeah! DC on the 4th is great. We went last year for the first time. The weather was so terrible, but it was still fun. Happy 4th enjoy your trip.

Have a great time in DC for the 4th! In the three years my husband and I lived in DC, do you know we NEVER went to see the fireworks??? Such a shame. It was just too crowded! Of course, now I'm dying to go. The grass is always greener...

wow, you are brave. we watched the show on PBS and all i could think was the CROWDS! i can't stand crowds but i have to admit, it must be a pretty awesome thing to be there. how was it?

Happy (Belated) 4th of July!
I hope you had an amazing time in D.C.! I used to live about 2 blocks from the air force memorial in Arlington, VA, and we'd watch the fireworks from the hill on the opposite side of the street. So beautiful! I also hope you enjoyed all the starbucks ;0) Once I moved back up north, I was sadly disappointed in the lack of Starbucks. Although this has come to be a good thing since I'm no longer handing over most of my salary to them!
