3 weeks in pix

So what have you been up to, Mrs. Realife?

Thanks for asking! I'm delighted to share :)

We watched thunderstorms...

and this baby bird grow up.

We made hamburgers for us... and Elly :)

We made...

...delicious,

homemade,

one of a kind,

Salsa :)

We drove through thunderstorms...

We picked fresh peaches...

and pears.

and "jarred" them.

Yum.

We laughed a lot.

... and made fresh crab cakes after crabbing and "gutting" them?
{I forget what you call it}

We sat on our front porch and photographed another storm.

Took more pix of the lighthouse.

and more pix...

of the rain.

We had summer BBQ's with friends...

and watch the sun set over the water.

Went to our local Art Festival...

and purchased a really neat center piece for our dining room.

And of course, last, but not least...
We taught Elly how to order fast food :)

What did you do these last 3 weeks while I've been gone?!

Lol..that Elly pic is just to stinkin cute! Looks like you had a fantastic 3 weeks, Im happy for you. That first picture of the storm you watched looked an awful lot like the one I watched roll into VA Beach. It was unlike any thing I have ever seem and I do see my fair share of storms. What have I been up too: Just trying to relax and enjoy life in the moment. Im enjoying thinking about and planning a baby shower and enjoying watching people I love get married as well as working on making my marriage as happy as possible. So glad you are back friend :) You have been missed!

Loved the update. Looks like a blast! What have I been up to? Trip home to Tennessee with my Prince, moved to a new home, bought a dreamy wedding dress, and started a new semester of teaching and dissertation. :-)

Elly is one smart dog. :)

You've been busy having fun. I've started back to college after a good summer break. Done lots of homework and went to a friend's wedding.

The pictures are all fantastic! That salsa looks amazing. I want some! Maybe you can ship it to me? The pic of Elly is adorable!

As for me, I bought a house while you were on vacay... maybe you shouldn't go away ever again because I spent A LOT of money while you were gone! Ha ha ha!

What gorgeous photos! I love the rain pic, though all of them are great. The salsa looks yummy. The sunset over the water pic looks inviting. If you walk out one evening and I'm just sitting there, bring me a glass of wine and join me? lol. The hummingbird center piece is adorable. I want one.
What did I do? Nothing so exciting as your photo/story. But the upcoming 3 weeks holds hope :-) Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed!

I LOVE that you taught Elly to order food!

Hmm, while you were away I worked WAY too much, did a little outlet shopping, made Sangria for 3 BBQ's and spent a lot of time playing in my vegetable garden. :-)

The pictures are outstanding Miss ReaLife, but those food photos are making us hungry, especially the salsa and crab cakes! And the thunderstorms took us back to the years we spent in Oklahoma City, yikes!

Glad you had such fun, we hope you enjoy the long weekend as well!
